Deep Sea Therapeutic Massage

A more therapeutic technique of bodywork incorporating slower strokes to work deeper layers of muscle fibers. This massage will help release chronic patterns of tension that create painful conditions and structural misalignment. This massage incorporates moderate to deep pressure.

Keeping “Cool” Teen Massage

A perfect way to introduce your teenager (ages 12+) to massage. This experience will help younger spa-goers learn to deal with future stress or sports injuries. In order to provide a safe environment for everyone, guests who are 12-16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during this session. A bathing suit or undergarment is also required, and therapists providing massage are gender specific.

Your esthetician will recommend a treatment regimen based on your own unique skin type. Our efforts will be geared towards hydration which will include a thorough cleanse, exfoliation, and application of masks and serums to replenish moisture. This treatment also incorporates the latest in high-tech skin care including LED light therapy and electronic stimulation. An intensive arm and hand application leaves rough skin baby soft and smooth. For the extended treatment enjoy a soothing facial massage and back application.

Apple Stem Cell Anti-Aging Facial

RESERVATIONS

We recommend that you make your spa reservations well in advance as space is limited. Reservations can be made by calling the Spa Concierge at 407.550.1024 or from within the hotel at extension 1060. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. If you have any special physical or medical considerations, please notify the spa so that we can best prepare for your treatment.

Gratuity

For your convenience, an automatic 20% charge is added to your bill of which includes an 18% discretionary gratuity for the service provider (s) and 2% service fee that goes to the house.  The guest does have the right to alter the service provider gratuity at their discretion based on their satisfaction with the service received

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time for check-in and preparation for your service.  If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

PARKING

Complimentary valet parking is available at the hotel when visiting The Top of the Palm Spa.

CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Because your spa appointments are reserved specifically for you, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and changes. Cancellations not  made within 24-hours of your treatment time will be charged 50% of the treatment rate, while no-shows are charged 100%.  These fees will be assessed on the credit card used to secure your appointment.

Unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled treatments so as not to inconvenience other spa guests.  

DRESS

Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy.  During your visit you will be provided with a robe and slippers. Lockers are available in the dressing room for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Top of the Palm Spa does not assume any liability for the loss of personal items.

SPA GROUP EVENTS

Groups are invited to spend a relaxing day at the spa. Catered lunch is available. Great for bridal or baby showers, birthdays, bachelorettes, or just a relaxing get together. Contact our Spa Concierge at 407.550.1024 for ideas on how to personalize your spa party.

GIFTS

The Top of the Palm Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to extend gratitude. Gift Cards are beautifully packaged and are available in any denomination. Corporate gift packages are also available.

Minors

1. All individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years must have our Waiver and Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian.
2. In addition to having this Waiver and Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian, all individuals aged twelve (12) to sixteen (16) years must be accompanied by such parent or legal guardian at all times while in a treatment room.
3. Individuals under the age of twelve (12) are not eligible to receive spa services with the exception of nail services (manicure and pedicure).  Such individuals must also have this Waiver and Release of Liability signed by a parent or legal guardian.
