• Do you have complimentary shuttle service from the airport? 

We do not offer complimentary airport shuttle service however, we recommend Fleetwood transportation 407-239-8111.  Price is approximately $55.00 for up to (5) passengers one way or you can stop by the taxi stand outside of the baggage terminal. 

• What is the age limit to check into hotel? 

18

• Do the suites have 2 bedrooms /or 2 bathrooms? 

Our suites are 1 Bedroom/ 1 parlor/ 1 Bathroom suites

• Breakdown of the resort fee. 

Please note that there is a Resort Fee of $16.95 (plus tax) per night which includes the following:

• Daily self-parking
• Resort style pool access
• Fitness center access
• Shuttle service to the four main Disney theme parks
• 2 bottles of water replenished daily in room
• In-room coffee
• In-room safe
• Use of business center/computer
• Wireless High Speed Internet Access
• USA today paper available (weekdays)

• Do we have Zest Menu online?

• Is breakfast included and what is the price of the Buffet? 

Some Package rates have breakfast pre-paid. The breakfast buffet is $14.00 per adult, $9.00 for children 10 and under subject to change.

• Do we have an indoor pool? 

Our two pools are situated outdoors in the beautifully redesigned 27 Palms Courtyard. We have 2 hot tubs as well.

• Is the pool heated and when does it close? 

Yes, approximately 80 degrees throughout the year. Pool closes at 11pm and our slide closes at 10PM subject to weather.

• Does the Disney shuttle go to Downtown Disney? 

Our shuttles go directly to the 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Shuttle Schedule

• Does the shuttle pick up for special events such as Disney Marathon, Very Merry Christmas, or Not So scary Halloween?  

Due to scheduling, the shuttle is not available for these special events

• How far are you to Disney?  

We are under a mile to Downtown Disney, approximately 3-8 miles to the Disney Theme Parks

• Do you allow pets and what’s the fee?  

Yes we allow dogs up to 85lbs. There is no fee but we do have dog rooms and a dog waiver that must be completed at checkin

• Can I have packages/ forwarded to be held for my arrival?  

Yes, however it must be under the name on the reservation so we can note your reservations. We are not liable for any lost or missing packages

• Do you have a Club Lounge?  

As a Sheraton Resort, we offer the Top of the Palms Spa instead of the Club amenity

• When were you renovated?
